Ruling on having intercourse with a menstruating woman whilst wearing a condom | Islamic Marriages.

I know that its not permissible having intercourse with a women during menses. It is medically proved that these liquids discharge from the vagina of the women is harmful to men. However, is it permissible if he wears a condom or if she wears a women’s condom? 

It is not allowable for the spouse to have sex with his significant other when she is discharging, on the grounds that Allah says (understanding of the importance):

"They ask you concerning period. Say: that is an Adha (a destructive thing for a spouse to have a sex with his significant other while she is having her menses), in this manner, avoid ladies amid menses and go not unto them till they are cleansed (from menses and have washed up). Furthermore, when they have cleaned themselves, then go in unto them as Allah has appointed for you (go in unto them in any way the length of it is in their vagina). Genuinely, Allah adores the individuals who turn unto Him in contrition and loves the individuals who purge themselves (by scrubbing down and cleaning and washing altogether their reproductive organs and bodies for their supplications)"

So it is not reasonable to engage in sexual relations with a discharging lady until she has gotten to be immaculate (her menses has finished) and she has done ghusl.

There is a stern cautioning against having sex with a discharging lady, as alTirmidhi (135) and Abu Dawood (3904) and Ibn Majaah (639) described from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be satisfied with him) that the Prophet (peace and gifts of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever engages in sexual relations with a bleeding lady, or with a lady in her back entry, or who goes to a psychic and accepts what he says, has doubted in that which was uncovered to Muhammad." Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Furthermore:

Allah has charged avoiding bleeding ladies, i.e., not engaging in sexual relations with them until they get to be unadulterated (the menses finishes) and they have done ghusl. So one must comply with that and it is haraam to engage in sexual relations with her regardless of the possibility that one is wearing a condom, in light of the fact that the person who has sex while wearing a condom is as yet having sex, and on the off chance that he has sex with his significant other while she is discharging, he falls into wrongdoing and insubordination. 

Consequently the fuqaha' (may Allah show kindness toward them) expressed that it is haraam to have sex with a discharging lady regardless of the possibility that that is with an obstruction. 

It says in Asna'l-Mataalib (1/100) furthermore in Tuhfat al-Muhtaaj (1/390), which are both Shaafa'i books:

So also it is haraam to engage in sexual relations with her (i.e. the discharging lady) in her vagina even with a hindrance. End cite.

It says in Kashshaaf al-Qinaa' (1/201) furthermore in al-Furoo' (1/262), which are Hanbali books: Even if intercourse is with a hindrance that he wraps around his penis or a pack into which he embeds it. End cite.

Thirdly:
